Return and Refund period

Changes and returns made without any justification must be delivered to the cargo within 24 hours.

Our customers have the right to withdraw from purchases made through our online site within 14 days in accordance with the distance selling agreement.

Situations in which a refund is not made even though the customer requests a refund to the store within 14 days are as follows:

Products made or changed by special order (ring size or size adjustment, chain length adjustment, letter, name work, coloring work, etc., products with special writing on them) are not refundable.

The product to be returned must be completely undamaged and unused. There are absolutely no refunds on products that are scratched, damaged or physically altered in any way. The return process is initiated after the product is examined by our experts.

For returns and exchanges, you must send an e-mail to info@sette.com.tr with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange request. Our expert friends will inform you about the issue after the necessary investigations.

If the return and exchange conditions are met, the transactions are carried out only by our online store.

The packaging, certificate, invoice and promotions, if any, of the product to be returned must be sent with the product.

Changes and refund requests to be made in our store on the Trendyol.com website must be made by creating a request on the relevant site.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES IN OUR STORES;

The product you have purchased in our stores in accordance with the consumer protection law no. 6502; If it is determined that it has not been used within the first 14 days from the invoice date, you can replace it with a different product from the same product group.

• Our product experts must check that the product to be replaced has not been used.

• The price of the product to be replaced should not be less than the price of the product requested to be replaced.

• If your product is diamond, you can replace it with the diamond product group, if it is gold, you can replace it with the gold product group.

• In product exchange transactions, you must apply to our stores with all the documents (product certificate, invoice, product packaging) given to you during the purchase phase.

• If the product is a gift, you can exchange it for a gift voucher.

Even if there is no defect in the product, changes can be made within the return period (24 hours), but no refund can be given.

ARTICLE 9

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
  2. The duration of the right of withdrawal, in contracts regarding the performance of services, is the day the contract is established; In contracts regarding the delivery of goods, the period begins on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods. However, the consumer may exercise his right of withdrawal during the period from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery of the goods.

In determining the period of right of withdrawal;

  • a) For goods that are subject to a single order and delivered separately, the day when the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the final product,
  • b) In case of goods consisting of more than one piece, the day when the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last piece,
  • c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day when the consumer or the third party determined by the consumer receives the first goods is taken as basis.
  1. (4) Delivery of the goods by the seller to the carrier is not considered delivery to the consumer.
  2. (5) In contracts where the delivery of goods and the performance of services are made together, the provisions of the right of withdrawal regarding the delivery of goods shall apply.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

ARTICLE 15

(1) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

  • Contracts regarding goods or services whose prices change due to fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller or provider.
  • Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
  • Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.
  • Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts regarding the delivery of those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
  • Contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
  • Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in tangible form, provided that the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal and package are opened after the delivery of the goods.
  • Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement.
  • Contracts that must be concluded on a certain date or period, regarding accommodation, goods transportation, vehicle rental, food and beverage supply and the use of free time for entertainment or recreation purposes.
  • Contracts regarding services performed instantly electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
  • Contracts regarding services whose performance begins with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires.
